Cream

One of the greatest British rock bands of all times, Cream were only active for 4 years, but their impact on rock music was enormous. Consisting of Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce, and Ginger Baker, Cream’s music was mainly influenced by traditional blues. They developed a heavy but technically proficient style, which foreshadowed the next breed of English rock bands such as Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, and the Jeff Beck Group. Their biggest UK hits were “Sunshine Of Your Love”, “White Room”, and “I Feel Free”.
