Black Crowes

Debuting in 1990 with their first album 'Shake Your Money Maker' which sold over 3 million copies, The Black Crowes were heavily influenced by the classic rock of such bands as The Rolling Stones and The Faces. Band turnover has been high but the core of the band has always been Chris Robinson (vocals), Rich Robinson (guitar). Their second album 'The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion' entered the charts at number 1 in 1992 and established them as a live touring attraction. The band have always had success touring even when recording success has been more intermittent. However their 2008 album 'Warpaint' reached no. 5 in the US charts and received good critical acclaim.
