Johnny Cash

One of the most influential American musicians of the Twentieth Century, Cash was primarily a country musician but his music spanned genres well beyond that including blues, folk and gospel. His greatest hits include His signature songs include "I Walk the Line", "Folsom Prison Blues", "Ring of Fire", "Get Rhythm" and "Man in Black". Famous for his prison concerts, in particular Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison, as well as for his TV show in the US, Johnny Cash, or 'The Man in Black' continued to perform and record until his death in 2003. His last posthumous recordings produced by Rick Rubin are some of his most powerful and the album debuted at no 1 in the US charts.
