James Last

A German composer and big band leader, James Last became a star with 1965's 'Non-Stop Dancing'. He has continued to record and perform ever since, remaining hugely successful throughout Europe, in particular in the UK. James Last continues to perform, orchestrating contemporary hits from bands such as Nirvana and Guns and Roses as well as his more traditional swing numbers. Over his career he has released over 160 albums selling more than 100 million copies.
