Joni Mitchell

A Canadian musician, songwriter and painter. Joni Mitchell was an integral part of the 1960s folk scene, going on to release her hugely influential 'Blue' album in 1971. Mitchell also had pop hits such as 'Big Yellow Taxi' and 'Help Me'. With her distinctive vocal style and songwriting skills she has had a wide influence across the music industry. Highly engaged politically, Mitchell has also had success as a painter.
