Released in 1990, Fresh Evidence would wind up being Rory Gallagher’s final studio album. Keeping the same lineup as he had on “Defender” and “Jinx”, with Gerry McAvoy on bass and Brendan O’Neill on drums, Gallagher recorded an album which features a winning combination of rock, blues, Cajun & jazz. It also features the return of piano player Lou Martin.
