The third and final album from the Mk I lineup of Deep Purple is being reissued, along with the other two albums from the Mk I lineup. The album features a mix of psychedelic, progressive and hard rock, while giving a hint at the musical direction Purple would be pursuing after the lineup change that would occur shortly after the tour for this album, when Ian Gillan and Roger Glover would replace Rod Evans and Nick Simper.
